A.The customs duties and taxes are covered by Aeternulume. super easy!

A.If your order arrives damaged or defective during shipping, don’t stress – you’ll get a full refund for your order!

A: Approximately 10-15 business days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address. Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc.

A: We are so sorry to hear that you want to cancel the order, but your package is already on the way, unfortunately we can't help you to chase it back. You could contact us when you receive the package.
