Customer Satisfaction and Returns We aim to ensure that each item seamlessly integrates with your home. If it doesn't fit your requirements, we're here to assist with returns. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and approved by us. You also have 30 days upon receipt of your goods to report any faults, defects or damages – we would recommend letting us know as soon as possible, as we would like to get this sorted for you. Cancellation Policy We will process your order within 24 hours as soon as we receive the order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via aeternulume@outlook.com to contact us within 6 hours after you place the order. The refund will be issued within 2 business days after the cancellation of your order. We will try our best to meet your needs. Please note: We accept returns, but they're not free. If there's a quality issue, incorrect/missing items, we'll refund or replace.
